The more we practice or pay attention, the more routine it becomes; the more it also rubs off on those around us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So starting this holiday week off right, let\u2019s pay attention to what deserves it. Let\u2019s be a grateful people&#8230; practicing gratitude&#8230; starting with the words shared by many&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I\u2019m thankful for my family.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for my fam and my homies.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for 2019.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for the coming new year.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for my dog.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for my cat.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for health.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for the good health and happiness of my six children and three grandchildren.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for healing.<\/li><li>I&#8217;m thankful for healing relationships.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for hot sauce.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for Costco.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for Uber.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for my parents.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for my kids.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for Keto.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for keyboard shortcuts.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for a good new book and being motivated more to read.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for awesome neighbors and fantastic community!<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for the diversity of my neighborhood and learning from each other.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for the opportunity to serve others and help those in need.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for humility.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for my wife.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful that pitchers and catchers report in 79 days.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for Purdue.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for Ohio State.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for the Buckeyes winning!<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for what I have as opposed to what I don\u2019t.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for a job that I enjoy doing and coworkers and children who make me laugh.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for a job that lines up with my talents.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for my son\u2019s diagnosis of Autism. It opened so many resources for us that were not available before!<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful to live in a country that gives us freedom.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for the freedom to vote.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for the snooze button.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for the mute button.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for people who turn the volume down when I walk in the room.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for C-SPAN.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for Netflix.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for meaningful conversation.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for give-and-take conversation and being able to agree to disagree.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for \u201cFrozen.\u201d<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for food on my table and increased awareness to help others.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for my boyfriend.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful the injury wasn\u2019t worse.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for the hope that God can make beauty from ashes and can remake us into better versions of ourselves through pain and stripping away toxic relationships.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful I can still laugh.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful to give back to the Ronald McDonald House today.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for social media. Most days. Some days.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for the setbacks that have made me stronger.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for College Game Day!<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for Jesus!<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for my new pair of jeans.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful a fresh bar of soap in the shower and no more small sliver.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for my salvation.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for sunshine.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful that the beach is always beautiful even if it\u2019s cold.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for living in Florida!<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for Florida in the winter.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for the changing seasons.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for snow \u2014 at least the first time in winter!<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for Thanksgiving and all that it means.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for green bean casserole!<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for my mom and grandma passing down recipes.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful when my family gathers and how we still feel about each other when we can\u2019t.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for planes, trains, and automobiles.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for my faith in God!<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for lifelong friends.<\/li><li>I am thankful for warrior princess friends.<\/li><li>I am thankful for my dear friends and their kindness to me.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for laughter!<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for forgiveness, both the receiving and the giving.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for the smell of Christmas trees.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for Christmas and how everyone comes together.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for coffee and wine.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful the kids will be home.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for my kid\u2019s brutal honesty.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for doing work that matters.<\/li><li>I\u2019m thankful for grace and recognizing more how much I need it.
